Regular-Hours Pool Rental:

Any Arbor Landing resident in good standing with the Arbor Landing Homeowners Association (ALHOA)may bring up to 10 guests to the Arbor Landing pool for a Regular-Hours Pool Rental event between the time when the pool opens and 5 p.m your guests are covered by a $20 fee you will have already paid to the ALHOA Office personal check, money order, or cashiers check only.  The event may not last more than 3 hours, and the pool will remain open to other community residents during that time.  The pool-side Gazebo may also be rented for an additional charge a maximum of 2 hours at $10 per hour.  The resident must submit a Regular-Hours Pool Rental Application to the Arbor Landing office at least one (1) week prior to the desired rental date.  Only one Regular-Hours Pool Rental is permitted per day. No weekend (Saturday & Sunday)regular-hour pool rentals are allowed.
