ALHOA MONTHLY BOD MEETINGS

The ALHOA Board of Directors meets on the third Tuesday of every month (except December) at 7 p.m. in the Arbor Landing Clubhouse.   Special meetings may be scheduled as needed.

All Arbor Landing and Bel Arbor residents are invited to attend the board meetings to learn more about the issues impacting the community and what decisions the Board makes on residents' behalf.  Part of each meeting is reserved for comments, questions and suggestions from residents.

BOD Meeting Minutes

Minutes for each ALHOA BOD meeting are posted after they are approved by the BOD at the next meeting.  (For example, the January meeting minutes will be posted after they are approved at the February meeting.)

2017-2018 ALHOA BOARD OF DIRECTORS

PRESIDENT:  Margaret Warren

VICE PRESIDENT:  Charleita Richardson

TREASURER:  L. Michelle Norman

SECRETARY:  Mark Babcock

ANNUAL BOD ELECTIONS

Ever wonder how you get to be on the ALHOA Board of Directors?  It all starts with a nomination, and yes, you can nominate yourself!

The BOD is composed of five members.  At the 2017 annual meeting, two board member positions will be up for election.  Because at least one position comes up for election each year, we need members of the community to step up and run for a seat on the board.

If you have ever said to yourself, "why did they do that?" or "I think it would be better if....," then now is the time to put those words into action.  Being on the BOD means you are responsible for the future of Arbor Landing.  It's not a job to be taken lightly, but certainly one you will enjoy.

Contact the Arbor Landing HOA Office or a current BOD member for more information.  We will be glad to hear from you!
