Renting the Arbor Landing Clubhouse

The Arbor Landing Clubhouse, located at 6201 Ironbridge Parkway, is an HOA amenity that can be rented by any resident of Arbor Landing or Bel Arbor who is a member of the Arbor Landing Homeowners Association (ALHOA) and current on all HOA fees.

(We apologize, but the Arbor Landing Clubhouse is not available for rental to the general public.)

Rentals are done on a day-long basis and go from 9 a.m. until 2 a.m. the following morning.

Rental Fees*:

Current Rental Fees are: 

$200.00/day for Mondays – Thursdays, if there will be fewer than 75 guests

$225.00/day for Fridays – Sundays and Holidays, if there will be fewer than 75 guests

$350.00/day for any event with 75 or more guests

The above Rental Fees include the cost of the cleaning service ($125)*.  Multiple-day rentals are permitted and require payment of only one cleaning fee.

A separate $500 security deposit is also required and is returned one week after the event if there are no issues.

*Holiday Cleaning:  If a cleaning date for a scheduled event falls on a holiday (for dates below) the holiday cleaning fee will be $150. However, if there is not a scheduled event on the observed holiday, cleaning should be done on the day after the holiday, and the Janitor Fee will remain at $125.

2023 Clubhouse & Janitor Observed Holidays:  New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve.

Reserving the Clubhouse:

Please contact the ALHOA office at 804.751.0976 or arborlanding@comcast.net to determine whether the date you would like is available.  If the date is open, you may request that date to be held for you.

In order to confirm your reservation, you must submit a completed ALHOA Facility Rental Application and Agreement and the Rental Fee to the ALHOA Office.  If the office is closed, you may place the paperwork and check in the drop box to the left of the office door.  The paperwork and rental fee must be received by the ALHOA office no later than 3 weeks prior to the requested rental date.  (Rentals may be accepted within the 2 weeks prior to a rental date at the discretion of the on-call board member and the cleaning service.)

If you have reserved the clubhouse – but haven’t yet submitted the paperwork and rental fee – and another resident requests the same date, you will be asked to immediately submit the paperwork and rental fee or give up the date.
