The ARC is here to protect the look and value of the properties in the Community.  A home is the largest investment most people will make in their lifetimes.  Help the ARC help you to keep that investment growing.

The ARC will be adressing the condition of the entire neighborhood in April.  Many letters will be going out to inform residents of potential violations.  The most commonly overlooked violations are:

Weedy, unkempt yards and lawns
Dirty/Moldy mailbox posts or the entire mailbox assembly is in poor condition
Foundation Plantings
Unapproved exterior changes; i.e. permanent lawn decorations, play equipment
Parking on yards
General home exterior appearance
Trash Cans visible
Lack of screening for decks, A/C and heating units

The ARC will be visiting each property and notifing the owner of all potential violations by mail once the inspections are complete.
