Exterior Modification Form

In order to modify or add to your home and yard, you will need to first submit an ARC Exterior Modification and Addition Request form.  All requests will need to include the following: 

 

  • Completed Request Form
  • Diagrams and description of changes or additions
  • Land plat showing property lines placement of change/addition
  • Color/material samples (as applicable)

 

Two copies of the request form and additional information is required. Requests should also be signed by the 2 closest/most affected neighbors.

 

The ARC meets the second Tuesday at the Clubhouse. All requests should be submitted to the Arbor Landing office no later than 5:00pm the Monday before. Requests will receive a response no later than 30 days from the submission of a COMPLETED application. Should applications require additional time, the member will be notified. Members have the right to appeal and/or be heard before the Committee if an application is denied. Requests out of the ordinary Guidelines should also include the reason an exception to the guidelines may be necessary.   

 

 

ARC Complaint Form

 

Occasionally, the ARC Committee misses violations. If you find a violation in the community and wish to report it, please use the ARC Complaint and Violation Form. Be sure the complaint you are registering is truly a violation of the Guidelines before submitting. All contact information will be kept confidential, but should be included for our records only.
